03

See what people think

Watch real-time rankings as the team votes. Anonymous. Honest. Fast.

Use cases

The best app for collaborative voting on shared lists.

From quick team calls to big roadmap decisions, TeamSort runs the moment a group needs to converge on a list.

Task prioritization

Paste your backlog. Everyone ranks independently. You get a stack-ranked list that reflects the whole team — not just the loudest voice in standup.

Group decision tool

Skip the endless thread. Drop the options in, share the link, and the team picks together — in minutes, not days.

Roadmap voting

Let users shape what you build next. Run a public ranked-choice poll on your roadmap and watch the signal sort itself.

Team retrospectives

What went well, what didn't? Let the team rank it anonymously — you hear from everyone, not just the senior folks.

Event planning

Choose venues, dates, or activities effortlessly. Let your group rank the options and find the one with real consensus.

Honest team feedback

Ask 'what's blocking us this week?' — ranked. Surface real issues without putting anyone on the spot in front of the team.

Frequently asked questions

What is a ranked-choice poll?

A ranked-choice poll asks each voter to put the options in order of preference (1st, 2nd, 3rd…) instead of picking just one. TeamSort then combines everyone's rankings into a single group result — the option the team agrees on most, not just the loudest pick.

Is TeamSort free?

Yes. The free tier lets you create ranked-choice polls with up to 10 voters that stay live for 24 hours. TeamSort Pro (from $6/month) adds unlimited voters and permanent polls.

Do voters need to sign up?

No. Voters open the link, drag the items into their preferred order, and submit. No account, no email, no friction. The poll creator doesn't need an account either to spin up a free 24-hour poll.

How is it different from Google Forms or Doodle?

Google Forms collects survey answers and Doodle picks meeting times — neither does true ranked-choice voting. TeamSort is purpose-built for the moment a group needs to rank a shared list and converge on a single answer.
