What TeamSort does
A group that needs to decide something usually ends up in a thread, a meeting, or a quick show of hands — and the loudest voice or the most senior person wins. TeamSort replaces that with a shared list that everyone ranks independently and anonymously. The result is a single group ranking that reflects what the whole team actually thinks, not just who spoke first.
Results are computed with one of three voting methods chosen by the poll creator: Borda count (points by position), Condorcet (head-to-head wins), or instant-runoff (elimination rounds). Voters never see the math — they just drag.

Free and Pro
Free polls need no account at all — not for the person creating them, not for the people voting. A free poll stays open for 24 hours and accepts up to 10 voters. Who makes it
TeamSort is built and run by Rob Gordon of Tone Row, a small independent software studio, and is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. There is no sales team and no support desk: email goes to the person who wrote the code, and the roadmap is itself a public TeamSort poll that anyone can rank.
A few principles shape the product. Voters never need an account. Polls are anonymous by default, so people rank what they actually prefer. And the free tier is a real product, not a trial — a 24-hour poll for a one-off decision will always be free.
