How are fantasy league power rankings calculated?
Fantasy platforms calculate theirs from a formula — points scored, record, schedule. A league vote calculates them by consensus instead: every manager submits a full ranking of the league and TeamSort combines the ballots with Borda count (points for each position) by default, with instant-runoff or Condorcet as options. The two answer different questions, and plenty of leagues post both.
How do I make power rankings for my fantasy league?
Create a free poll, paste the team names as plain names one per line, and share the link in the league chat. Managers rank the teams on their phones — no accounts — and the results update live as ballots come in. Post the final order as an image from the poll's … menu.
Can we run power rankings every week?
Yes. Open last week's poll in the same browser you made it in (or from My Polls if you're signed in) and choose Use as template from the … menu (Use this poll as a template once it has closed) — the same teams come back, so you only change the week in the title. Free polls close after 24 hours and their results lock, so post the rankings before then. Pro keeps every week's results, and Pro polls stay open until you close them or until a date you pick.
How many managers can vote for free?
A free poll takes up to 10 voters — exactly a 10-team league, as long as each manager ranks from one device. A voter is a browser that submits a ranking, and you count too if you rank. 12- and 14-team leagues, or friends of the league voting as well, need Pro.
Who has the best team in my fantasy league?
Whatever the league says once everyone has ranked. One person's list starts an argument in the group chat; a consensus ranking built from every manager's ballot settles it — and the standings will have their say on Sunday anyway.
Can we vote on the draft order too?
Yes, it is the same mechanic. List the entries — a photo or drawing from each manager for a draft-order contest — share the link, and the league's final ranking is the draft order. Turn on hidden results (a Pro setting in the composer) so nobody games the leader while voting is open.
